Our Mission

At Teach Me 2 Fish (TM2F), our work is guided by three pillars of impact: Education, Empowerment and Wealth-Building. These pillars are reflected in our educational programs, advocacy efforts, and our investment in the future through the Little CEOs Academy program. These pillars guide our work and ensure we make a lasting, positive impact on the community.

People/Humanity matter most. Their well-being, growth, and success are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that investing in individuals creates a ripple effect of positive change, benefiting not only them but also their families and communities. Seeing people empowered and achieving their potential is incredibly rewarding. It drives our commitment to advocacy, education, and entrepreneurship. By focusing on people, we build a stronger, more resilient society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

At Teach Me 2 Fish (TM2F), sustainability and success are driven by our unwavering commitment to Education, Empowerment, and Wealth-Building—three pillars that ensure long-term impact. We don’t just provide services; we create pathways for economic independence, leadership, and generational success.

Our Approach
to Sustainability

TM2F provides business consulting, financial literacy training, workforce development, and youth entrepreneurship programs that equip families with the skills and resources needed for long-term economic stability.

Serving Families
& Priority Populations:

TM2F prioritizes families with children by providing parents and caregivers with financial education and entrepreneurship tools to create stable, income-generating opportunities. Through our Little CEOs Academy, we instill financial literacy and leadership skills in youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring that children have early exposure to wealth-building strategies.

Addressing
Community Needs

The Inland Empire faces high unemployment, limited economic mobility, and financial literacy barriers—especially among Black, Latino, and low-income families. TM2F tackles these challenges by providing education, mentorship, and access to capital, ensuring that families can achieve financial independence and break cycles of poverty. By investing in individuals and families today, we build a stronger, more self-sufficient Inland Empire for tomorrow.
